Tim Gallagher is an associate in the Real Estate section of Holland & Knight's New York Office. His practice emphasis is on commercial real estate finance, securitized mortgage lending, structured financing, negotiation and drafting of hotel and resort management agreements, including management, development, and related agreements for condominiums and other legal aspects of hotel and resort development and operations in the United States and abroad, as well as the negotiation and drafting of restaurant licensing and consulting agreements. Mr. Gallagher also has experience in commercial transactions including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, institutional and equity financing, leasing, asset management and development, and formation of partnerships and joint venture entities.
Mr. Gallagher is active in pro bono matters. He is working closely with New York's City Bar Justice Center and Columbia law students in a program to provide legal support to families at a homeless shelter in Manhattan.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gallagher was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he had a senior responsibility role in the real estate department.
