Telly J. Meier is an Associate in the Washington office of Holland & Knight LLP. He focuses his practice on resolving critical tax and business organizational issues for tax-exempt and government entities, including Indian tribal governments.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Meier practiced law in Fargo, North Dakota. His experience includes resolving Federal and State tax issues, reviewing and revising employee benefit plans, advising businesses on formation and dissolution issues, and counseling clients through the estate planning process. While practicing in North Dakota, Mr. Meier served as an adjunct professor at the University of North Dakota School of Law where he taught Employee Benefits and Federal Income Taxation of Individuals. Prior to joining the law school faculty, Mr. Meier taught Advanced Economics and Business Law at the University of Mary-Fargo Center.
Mr. Meier is not admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. He is currently practicing under the supervision of admitted DC Counsel.
