Timothy C. Leixner practices in the area of domestic and international business law, maintaining a broad based corporate transactional/finance practice with particular emphasis on corporate and structured finance, including the securitization of financial assets and securitized loans and the structuring and formation of special purpose entities; mergers and acquisitions; formation, structuring and reorganizing of business enterprises, including corporations, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies and domestic and foreign joint ventures; and business and commercial transactions including private placements and secured loans. He represents numerous public and private companies in these areas on an ongoing basis.
