William R. Bloom's practice is concentrated in the area of commercial real estate transactions with a focus on real estate development, construction, commercial leasing and governmental contracts. He has extensive experience in the representation of developers in connection with acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties; development agreements; ground leases; reciprocal easements and operating agreements; architects contracts; construction contracts and commercial leases.
Mr. Bloom has also had extensive experience representing developers in connection with negotiating joint development agreements in connection with public-private developments.
He is a former office counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company and has extensive experience with title insurance matters.
