Ying Geneve DuBois practices in the area of real estate. She is also a member of the firm's Global Hospitality and Resort Group and China practice groups. In addition to general real estate transactions, Ms. DuBois' practice focuses on representing developers and hotel companies in negotiating and drafting hotel and resort management agreements, technical services agreements, license agreements, and related governing documents, including By-laws and Condominium Declarations.
Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. DuBois worked as a System Analyst for Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) for three years and as a Product Manager for Weblink Wireless, Inc. for two years. She was also an interpreter for various Chinese delegates in negotiations with Tandy Corporation, Weblink Wireless, Inc., and U.S. investment companies.
At Texas Christian University Ms. DuBois received numerous academic and communication awards. During law school she was on the Dean's List every semester. While attending law school, Ms. DuBois served as an intern for The Honorable John B. Peyton at the Dallas County Court at Law No. 2, Dallas, Texas.
