Yingli Hao is an associate whose experience includes advising both Chinese and international clients in matters involving foreign direct investment in China, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, employment, and a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters.
Ms. Hao is admitted in New York and has a PRC lawyer’s qualification. She was on the law faculty and taught law at the Beihang University in Beijing from 1996 to 1998.
