Zachary Potter practices in civil litigation focusing on complex commercial disputes, constitutional law, and class action litigation. Mr. Potter has represented a variety of international and national companies in a wide range of disputes, many of which arose within the transportation sector.
Mr. Potter joined Holland & Knight LLP in 2000 as one of its Chesterfield Smith Community Service Fellows. In the course of his Fellowship, Mr. Potter successfully represented non-profit organizations, state-wide classes, and numerous individuals in pro bono cases involving disability rights, asylum law and constitutional law. Mr. Potter also authored amicus briefs for the United States Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on issues relating to federalism, immigration, and civil rights.
