James Pollock is a senior business partner with more than 40 years of experience practicing law in New York and Boston. Mr. Pollock has counseled private and public companies in the United States and United Kingdom in such areas as securities law, mergers and acquisitions, software licensing and distributorship arrangements. As a partner of Sherburne Powers & Needham, P.C. before it joined the law firm of Holland & Knight, Mr. Pollock served on its Managing Committee, was the founder of its business development committee and billing practices committee, and was head of its Business Law Department.
He was an associate fellow from 1965-66 at the Center for the Study of Law and Society at the University of California at Berkeley.
