Kenneth B. Hoffman's practice includes all areas of real estate and land use, including leasing, sale, acquisition and development, and permitting at local and state levels. He represents national, regional and local developers in land assembly and development for multifamily residential, retail, commercial and industrial mixed-use projects, including Mass. Turnpike air rights and development on the Boston Waterfront. He appears before the Boston Zoning Board of Appeals, the Boston Redevelopment Authority and the Boston Zoning Commission in securing approvals for rezoning, planned development areas and urban renewal overlay districts.

From 1964-68, Mr. Hoffman served as an officer in the United States Navy attached to the Naval Air Force Pacific Fleet and the Pentagon Office of Naval Information. Mr. Hoffman served as the Chairman of the Town of Brookline Zoning Board of Appeals from 1984-99, presiding over major developments in Brookline. He served on the Board of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.

Mr. Hoffman was law clerk to The Honorable Lloyd MacMahon, Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, and was on the full-time faculty of both Boston University School of Law and Columbia University School of Law.
