Maria E. Ríos Espinosa is legal
counsel for Mexican and foreign financial institutions, and companies dealing
with corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, intellectual
property, foreign investment, and software licensing and computer matters. Ms.
Ríos is a partner of the law firm of Gallástegui y Lozano, S.C., which joined
Holland & Knight in February 1998.
Prior to joining the firm of Gallástegui y Lozano, S.C., Ms. Ríos practiced
with the law firm of Javier Pérez Rocha for four years, focusing in the areas
of corporate, foreign investment, financial, and international loans.
Ms. Ríos is trilingual (English, Spanish and French). Ms. Ríos graduated from the
Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City.
