Scott E. Cooper is the head of the Real Estate Practice Group for the Boston office. Mr. Cooper practices in the areas of banking, finance and real estate law.
Mr. Cooper has extensive experience representing major U.S. and foreign banks and other financial institutions in real estate financing transactions, including acquisition, construction and permanent financing of office, retail, hotel, condominium and multifamily projects throughout the United States. This experience includes Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs, commercial conduit lending programs, loan participations and syndicated loan transactions, and workouts and foreclosures.
