Holland & Knight Adds Real Estate Attorney June L. Marshall in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON (January 25, 2017) – June L. Marshall has joined Holland & Knight as a senior counsel in the firm's real estate practice, residing in the Washington, D.C., office.  She was previously with Eisen & Rome, PC.

Ms. Marshall focuses on condominium development and other real estate matters. Her practice includes the creation of residential, mixed-use and commercial condominium regimes on behalf of developers, development companies and nonprofit housing organizations; creating cooperatives; advising on complex condominium-related matters, structuring air rights lots, subdividing lots, drafting covenants and reciprocal easement agreements; and serving as general counsel to condominium, tenant and cooperative associations. In addition she advises clients on the District of Columbia Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) during the sale, purchase and redevelopment of single family, multifamily and low-income housing tax credit rental properties.

Ms. Marshall is the co-chair of the District of Columbia Bar's Real Estate, Housing and Land Use Section Steering Committee and a 2014 graduate of the District of Columbia Bar's John Payton Leadership Academy. She received a J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School and a B.A. degree from Rice University. After graduation from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Stephanie Duncan-Peters, Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
