Jamie Billotte Moses Joins Holland & Knight’s Litigation Practice in Orlando

Orlando, Fla. (November 30, 2016) – Attorney Jamie Billotte Moses has joined Holland & Knight’s Orlando office as a senior counsel and member of the Litigation Section and Appellate Team.

Ms. Moses focuses her practice primarily on state and federal appeals. She also has significant experience representing clients in real estate and broker litigation, professional malpractice litigation and insurance and bad faith litigation. She is Board Certified in Appellate Law by The Florida Bar. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Moses was a shareholder at Fisher Rushmer, P.A., where she led the firm’s appellate practice group.

Ms. Moses is the immediate past-president of the Orange County Bar Association and a former president of the organization’s Legal Aid Society. She currently serves on The Florida Bar’s appellate practice certification committee and as a member of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Moses previously served as president of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. In 2015, she received The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section’s Pro Bono Service Award.

Ms. Moses earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and her J.D. degree from Notre Dame Law School. She is recognized as a top lawyer in her field by Super Lawyers, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale Hubbell.
