2015 Legislative Amendments to the Florida Revised LLC Act

Although initially begun as a "Glitch Bill", the 2015 amendments to the Florida Revised LLC Act ("Chapter 605" or the "2013 Legislation") grew into legislation which did much more. This article will address the most significant changes to Florida’s Revised LLC Act as a result of the 2015 Amendments.
