Anna Marie Hernandez Gamez is a litigation and real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's South Florida Litigation Team. Ms. Gamez's experience consists of representing both publicly traded and closely held corporations, financial institutions, domestic and international businesses, developers and individuals. Her work primarily focuses on complex real estate and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Gamez has substantial experience in matters relating to contract and business claims, business torts, banking, banking fraud, lender liability claims, real property issues, commercial foreclosure/workouts, insurance coverage, title insurance, collection and commercial landlord-tenant issues. She also has experience with the protection of creditors' rights in related bankruptcy actions in state and federal court.

Ms. Gamez has handled numerous evidentiary and dispositive hearings in state and federal court (inclusive of several bench trials and one jury trial), as well as American Arbitration Association (AAA) and International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) arbitration proceedings through final hearing.

Ms. Gamez was selected as a 2017 Holland & Knight Rising Star, an intensive program of leadership, management and professional skills development for female attorneys.
