Brian W. Toth is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Miami office and member of the firm’s Litigation Section. He practices commercial litigation, with a focus on class-action defense, international and cross-border matters, and media law. He has represented domestic and foreign clients as plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, and in arbitration. He also has conducted internal investigations into possible ethical and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations.

Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Toth clerked for the Honorable Cecilia M. Altonaga of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

In law school, Mr. Toth served as the executive editor of the University of Miami Law Review. He also served as a fellow in the Health Rights Clinic and was a member of the Society of Bar and Gavel. He was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Before law school, Mr. Toth was a Teach For America corps member in New Orleans, Louisiana.
