Juliana Nwafor is an Atlanta employment law attorney who advises large corporations to small and independent businesses on a variety of employment-related issues arising under state and federal laws.

As part of her practice, Ms. Nwafor represents employers in single-plaintiff litigation, as well as before administrative agencies. She provides counsel to clients in matters involving numerous employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and disability, among other workplace issues. Her experience includes cases involving civil rights matters and violations of employment statutes, including Title VII and Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Before entering private practice, Ms. Nwafor completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Leslie J. Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
