Robert Lorndale is a Washington, D.C., tax attorney who focuses his practice on the federal income taxation of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, spinoffs and restructurings. He represents clients in diverse industries, such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, retailing and numerous others.
