Warren E. Gluck is a New York litigation attorney and a member of Holland & Knight's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Mr. Gluck focuses his practice on litigation, fraud investigation, insolvency, asset recovery and judgment enforcement, as well as admiralty law. He has experience in all aspects of the litigation process and routinely acts as lead counsel on litigation, judgment enforcement, fraud, cross-border insolvency, asset tracing and shipping matters.

Mr. Gluck has substantial experience in connection with interim and protective remedies, and has litigated dozens of prejudgment attachment and injunction-predicated cases. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of international judgment enforcement and cross-border insolvency, and has also pioneered new asset tracing methods.

Mr. Gluck joined Holland & Knight as an intern in the summer of 2005, continued at the firm as a law clerk through the entirety of his formal legal training at Brooklyn Law School and was a 2007 summer associate. During law school, he was the founding member of the Holland & Knight-Brooklyn Law School Pro Bono Clinic.

  • Lead U.S. counsel to a Spanish mobile phone producer in connection with a dispute under a joint venture dissolution and successfully obtain injunction 
  • Lead counsel to a hedge fund in connection with the purchase and enforcement of a judgment against a Bermuda trust entity and obtain successful resolution 
  • Lead counsel to a fund and individual in connection with a highly contested 1782 discovery application seeking evidence in support of Luxembourg criminal proceedings and obtain favorable trial court decision
  • Lead counsel to 95 percent of the United States creditors in connection with the foreign insolvency of a Korean shipping entity and in multi-million dollar Chapter 15 trial
  • Primary U.S. counsel to a consortium of insurance companies in a successful $80 million judgment enforcement and claim security action against a Chinese major; this representation included obtaining and enforcing corporate veil-piercing attachment orders against affiliates and subsidiaries in 19 U.S. jurisdictions
  • Lead U.S. counsel to the Cayman liquidators of a shipping investment fund in respect of Chapter 15 recognition and $40M in offensive litigation claims
  • Lead U.S. counsel to the Cayman liquidators of six Cayman and U.S. funds in respect of significant U.S. litigation and related matters
