Labor & Employment partner Bill deMeza takes part in Community Conversation - Hurricane Preparedness, an event sponsored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Along with county emergency management officials and meteorologists, deMeza will speak to issues that regional employers should consider in hurricane planning, such as how to retain employees after a hurricane, handle volunteers or military call-ups, and what to include in a company's hurricane plan.
