Providing Pro Bono Assistance to Survivors of A Natural Disaster

Litigation Associate Anthony Palermo will be speaking at the ABA Consumer Financial Services Committee Meeting on "Providing Pro Bono Assistance to Survivors of A Natural Disaster." Mr. Palermo will be discussing how individuals and organizations are working together to provide legal assistance to individuals who are unable to secure legal services after a natural disaster. The panel discussed how FEMA, the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar YLD, the ABA YLD, Stetson College of Law, Legal Services of North Florida, legal aid providers, businesses and volunteer attorneys are working together to help those affected by Hurricane Michael.
