Director of Ancillary Services James "Chip" Cottrell will be presenting at the February Encorepreneur Monthly Breakfast Seminar on Feb. 26, 2019. Mr. Cottrell will discuss efforts that international organizations are using to tackle the global issues created by new technologies including AI and big data. Mr. Cottrell will also provide an update on efforts to create tools to help citizens, journalists and policymakers to counter the effect of misinformation.

Mr. Cottrell is an affiliated professor at Stockholm University and is currently an advisor to Co-Inform, a European Union funded effort to develop tools to counter the efforts of certain nations to expand their influence abroad through the spread of misinformation.
