In "Part 3: Keys to Employment Litigation Avoidance (Including the Pros and Cons of Arbitration)," Partner Charles Jeremiah and Associate Kevin D'Olivo will focus on minimizing the costs and burdens of employment litigation. They will discuss common drivers of employment litigation as well as share insight on preventative measures and best practices to avoid or minimize employee claims from the start.They will also discuss the pros and cons of various methods of alternative dispute resolution that employers might consider adopting.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
