ICC YAF Conference

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) has invited International Arbitration Partner Carlos Véjar to share first-hand experiences and knowledge from cases related to the defense of the Mexican State’s interests in investment arbitrations from Metalclad to date. Mr. Véjar will also discuss present and future perspectives of Mexico's investment arbitrations. Mr. Véjar will be a panelist alongside various managing directors of international trade legal consulting firms.
