Social Media Management in Litigation

Litigation Attorney Jaime Herren will speak at the 2020 MCLE Spectacular, a three-day virtual event hosted by the Contra Costa County Bar Association. Ms. Herren's presentation will take place on the second day of the event and will focus on navigating the use of social media in litigation. Presenters will discuss issues such as privacy and admissibility as well as offer tips on how to use social media to strengthen a case or protect clients from potentially problematic posts.
