NACUA Spring 2021 Virtual CLE Workshop - Higher Education Discrimination Law: Turbulence, Transitions, and Triumphs
Education attorney Phil Catanzano will speak at the National Association of College and University Attorneys' (NACUA) Spring 2021 Workshop on higher education discrimination law. Mr. Catanzano's presentation will take place on the second day of the event and will focus on digital accessibility. Topics covered will include web accessibility litigation and Office for Civil Rights complaints, strategies for ensuring accessibility on athletic sites, performing arts programs and interactive pages, and procurement issues. The presentation will also identify best practices for maintaining accessibility during remote learning as well as outline considerations for establishing effective campus policies and procedures.
