Avoiding Lender Liability Issues

Financial Services Litigation Partner Tricia DeLeon will participate as a faculty member in the American Bankers Association's Advanced Commercial Lending School. The Advanced School offers presentations on handling complex lending scenarios, managing risks and loan portfolios, and aligning lending strategies with a bank's overall strategy. Ms. DeLeon's presentation will focus on avoiding lender liability issues.
