Private Wealth Services attorney Jaime Herren will speak at American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law's webinar about estate planning with intellectual property. Ms. Herren will talk about techniques used to pass interests in patents, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, royalties, domain names and rights of publicity. She will also explain federal and state laws governing the transfer of intellectual property and issues for trustees when administering a trust.
