Intellectual Property Law Section 2022 Annual Meeting

Intellectual Property (IP) attorney Leonie Huang is serving as program chair for the 2022 Annual Meeting of the New York State Bar Association's Intellectual Property Law Section. The event will feature presentations on legal ethics issues, implementation of the Trademark Modernization Act, IP issues applicable to online retailers and content providers, and "deepfakes" and false advertising. Mr. Huang will offer opening and closing remarks.
