Navigating the Waters: The SEC's Focus on ESG

White Collar Defense and Investigations attorney Scott Mascianica will be speaking on the Dallas Bar Association's Securities Section webinar "Navigating the Waters: The SEC's Focus on ESG". Mr. Mascianica, a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement supervisor, and Eric Werner, the current Associate Regional Director at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, will discuss the critical and rapidly evolving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements for public company issuers. Both speakers will analyze the SEC's history in the ESG space, discuss current rules and disclosure requirements, and assess the SEC's recently proposed rules around climate-related disclosures.
