Small Business Contracting Fraud

Government Contracts attorney Amy Fuentes will moderate a panel discussion on the enforcement of small business contracting requirements in procurement contracts through the use of the False Claims Act (FCA). Speakers will cover recent cases, enforcement trends and FCA liability theories. They will also explain the realtors' perspective on small business fraud qui tam matters as well as U.S. Small Business Administration suspension and debarment trends. The virtual event will be co-hosted by the Procurement Fraud & False Claims and Small Business & Other Socioeconomic Programs committees of the American Bar Association's Section of Public Contract Law.
