International Arbitration and Litigation attorney Laura Zielinski will speak during an event hosted by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) focused on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in international arbitration proceedings. Given its flexibility and adaptability, international arbitration is well suited to incorporate the use of generative AI, but there are legitimate concerns about the implications of its use, such as ethical considerations. During this conversation, panelists will address the possible effects of the use of AI in the legal profession, as well as recent initiatives from the ICDR in this area.
