Understanding Agentic AI

Data Strategy, Security & Privacy attorney Glynna Christian will be speaking on a Practising Law Institute (PLI) live webinar discussing the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) and its implications for traditional legal frameworks, particularly regarding liability when AI systems operate independently. Ms. Christian will provide a deeper understanding of key issues surrounding "agentic AI," including the distinction between AI "agents" and agentic AI, as well as an explanation of how traditional agency principles and common law frameworks may be applied to autonomous systems.
