Interactive Workshop: Selected Financing, Corporate and M&A Topics

Corporate attorney Rebecca Wilsker will participate in an interactive workshop at the International Bar Association's (IBA) 9th Global Entrepreneurship Conference in Milan, Italy. The three-day event will offer presentations and keynote debates on challenges and opportunities currently facing businesses and entrepreneurs, with topics including private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) trends as well as the influence of technology and artificial intelligence (AI). Ms. Wilsker's session will take place on the third day of the program and will feature roundtable discussions on a range of areas, from regulatory hurdles in cross-border M&A to negotiation tactics to governance challenges in family businesses.
