Federal and State Regulatory Development in PFAS Compounds

Environmental attorney James McGuire will speak at the Environmental Federation of Oklahoma's (EFO) 34th Annual Meeting and Trade Show. The conference, which will take place in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will provide the environmental regulated community with insights and analysis of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state regulations, technological developments and other topics relevant for environmental, safety, and natural and cultural resources compliance. Mr. McGuire will participate in a panel focused on land protection, where he will take a closer look at regulation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). He will summarize efforts from state governments and the federal government in this area of emerging contaminants.
