SEC Order Extending Company Reporting Impacted by COVID-19

The SEC is providing relief to publicly traded companies impacted by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by providing an additional 45 days to file certain disclosure reports that would otherwise have been due between March 1 and April 30, 2020.
