The Future of the Mexican Energy Sector (Fourth and Final Part)

Energy attorney Claudio Rodríguez published a column in Expansión about the future of the Mexican energy sector after the rejection of the Energy Reform. Mr. Rodríguez says that the definitive framework of the energy sector is already in place, of which there are no substantial changes and the protections of both national and international laws will continue. He insists that the important thing is that a reform that would have caused damage to Mexico's industrial plant and competitiveness has been definitively deactivated.
