The USMCA in Two Years: Enhance Its Benefits (Second Part)

International Trade and Arbitration attorney Carlos Véjar wrote an article for Expansión on how to maximize the benefits of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Mr. Véjar insists that complying with the USMCA gives certainty to investors and prevents the diversion of their investments to countries with lower risks. Mr. Véjar says the success of the USMCA requires several administrative efforts such as improving foreign trade programs, facilitating customs procedures and providing physical and legal security in trade operations.
