New Corporate Tools for Certain Bylaws Reforms

Corporate attorney Agustín Hernández published an article in Asuntos Legales explaining new tools for the preparation and presentation of financial information in a company's bylaws reforms. The Superintendency of Corporations of Colombia recently published a guide for the merger, split and reduction in capital, as well as the Form for the Ratification of Processes of Merging and Splitting. In this article, Mr. Hernández explains what is containted in the guide and what the purpose of the form is.
