The Protection of Software Under Colombian Law

Intellectual Property attorney María Fernanda Pinzón wrote an article for Legal Industry Reviews highlighting ways of legally protecting computer programs in Colombia. Ms. Pinzón points out that these programs, also known as software, have a high economic value and should therefore be treated and protected as intellectual property.
