Attorney Fees for In-house Counsel's Litigation Work

The Massachusetts Court of Appeals recently ruled that trial court judges may award attorney fees to in-house counsel for work on litigation. Lawyer Ethics Partner Peter Jarvis says the ruling makes sense and that he believes "most corporations are certainly going to be comfortable with this."
