State Attorney General Serves Search Warrant, Nabs Records At CPUC Over PG&E Probe

The California State Attorney General's office served a search warrant and seized records from the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in it's investigation of potentially illegal back-channel emails between CPUC officials and Pacific Gas & Electric. Energy Partner Tara Kaushik works frequently with the CPUC and predicts it will make significant changes to the way it communicates with stakeholders.

"We're going to see big changes in the industry going forward," Ms. Kaushik said.
