Safe Harbor Ruling Leaves Companies with Imperfect Alternatives

The European Court of Justice's decision to invalidate the Safe Harbor agreement governing transfers between the U.S. and E.U. has left companies seeking alternatives, none of which are perfect.

Senior policy advisor Norma Krayem said, “I think everyone is attempting to come up with a solution. It’s leaving it open to companies to be creative.”
