Camille Cosby Deposed for 5 Hours, Her Lawyers Say

ABC News; The Boston Globe; Boston Herald; People Magazine

Camille Cosby completed her deposition in a defamation lawsuit filed against her husband, Bill Cosby. The case was brought by seven women who have accused him of sexual assault.

Attorney Dan Small, who represents Mrs. Cosby, said, "We spent an additional five hours today proving what lawyers knew from the beginning: Mrs. Cosby has no relevant, admissible information to offer in this case. Despite the new proper focus of the deposition and thanks to the court’s ruling limiting the worst of pointless abuses, Mrs. Cosby appeared today in a dignified and productive fashion. We are very pleased that the day is over and this distraction is now behind us."
