Pokemon Go in the Workplace

The recent "Pokémon Go" craze has begun to infiltrate the workplace. Employment attorney William deMeza offers commentary in this radio interview for AM Tampa Bay, 970 WFLA on the real-life dangers presented by the mobile app.

"This falls in the category of traditional employee time wasting, so most companies have policies in place," said Mr. deMeza. "We've advised employer clients to enforce those policies, but be sensible about it."
