A judge has approved a $275,000 settlement for the family who accused a Juneau elementary school PE teacher of inadequate training after their fourth grade student was injured in class. Litigation Partner Matt Singer represented the family in their lawsuit against Harbor Elementary School.
'The settlement is the product of a negotiation and compromise between the parties," Mr. Singer told KTOO. "The case involved an unfortunate and significant injury and we think it reflects a fair compromise for both parties."
