Stand for Alaska-Vote No on One filed a complaint against three groups involved in a salmon-protection ballot measure, including Yes for Salmon-Vote Yes on One, claiming that they violated multiple disclosure laws. The complaint states that the groups have failed to report the original source of contributions used in support of the campaign.
Litigation Partner Matt Singer who represented Stand for Alaska spoke to the Alaska Anchorage Daily News, saying, "It seems to be a shell game." Mr. Singer stated that these three groups need to register as one and end "the charade they are separate and independent."
