Private wealth and real estate attorney Elena Otero was profiled in Modern Luxury Miami about her distinct practice. As the only dedicated real estate lawyer on the firm's Private Wealth Services team, Ms. Otero explained how she has spearheaded a niche service that integrates real estate investments into her ultra-high-net-worth clients’ overall tax and wealth strategies.

Along with the luxury residential niche practice, she said that her general real estate practice and has seen an uptick in the creation of family offices as of late.
