Holland & Knight Names Damien Cohen Chief Marketing Officer

MIAMI – June 4, 2012 – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Damien Cohen has joined the firm as chief marketing officer. With over 20 years of law firm marketing and corporate communications experience, Cohen will be responsible for developing and leading global strategic marketing and business development initiatives for the firm's 1,000 attorneys and professionals.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Cohen served as the director of global marketing and business development for Bingham McCutchen LLP. Earlier in his career, he also held business development and marketing leadership positions at other Am Law 100 firms. Cohen received his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Albany.
