"I am delighted to be reuniting with Mary Beth here at Holland & Knight," said Bob Tompkins, who joined the firm's DC office in January 2014. "Holland & Knight's national platform and broad offering of substantive areas of legal, policy and business expertise are a natural fit for our practices."

"We are very excited to have her join our team."

"I am delighted to join the Holland & Knight team," said Ms. Bosco. "Its growing government contracts practice is a one of the primary reasons I am joining the firm. The opportunities to continue building the practice on a nationwide basis are immense, and I intend to use my background in M&A, investigations, cybersecurity and intellectual property issues to help the firm further strengthen its presence in the government contracting community."
